We are at 113 Doctors Park, Lincolnton, NC 28092. Arrive early for remaining front-desk steps, have contact information ready, and tell us about changes to your address, phone, guardianship, or insurance.
A first visit includes check-in, review of registration and requested documents, preparation with the clinical team, and a visit with an LPC provider.
